The Pearls program is a rare and precious opportunity. It’s a series of unique networking and development events designed specifically for the emerging leaders of the Sydney business community. The subject we tackle is the challenge of leadership in our changing markets and society. We believe there are six waypoints on the journey that all leaders must take as they move towards realising their ambitions. The Pearls program reflects this journey and is structured around six morning and evening sessions over a period of 18 months.
